It can be a source of great irritation when a computer stops working. If the computer is still under warranty, you can contact the dealer for assistance. However, software problems are rarely covered by this kind of service contracts and warranties, and that's where we can assist you.

If you experience any kind of problem with your computer, we can offer you to come and "put your PC under our wings". Such a visit typically takes 1-2 hours. During the visit we will check your PC for errors on both hardware and software, and update and optimize your PC so it runs smoothly.

If your computer is infected by malware or we find extensive, time-consuming problems, we recommend bringing it to our office. Fixing the problem will typically require a few days, although it depends on how extensive and serious the problem or infection is.

  • Did you install a new program recently?
  • Which program did you use?
  • Have you had this problem before?
  • Which error messages did you get?
  • Please try to put all of the above in writing.
